Refund Policy

Packages with SavedBy Protection:

With SavedBy Package Protection, we’ll handle all your shipping challenges so you can rest easy about your Cantrip order.

If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, SavedBy will ensure that you can easily file a claim and get your product replaced at no charge to you. Just make sure you add it to your order before you check out.

Packages without SavedBy protection:

We provide refunds on any products purchased directly from our website at drinkcantrip.com within 30 days of delivery for a variety of reasons, listed below. Please first contact Customer Service at orders@drinkcantrip.com to get your refund started. Refunds beyond the 30-day threshold will be made at the discretion of Cantrip.

Please make sure you have your proof of purchase or receipt ready when you contact Support so that we can best assist you with your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

We cannot accept returns on items that are not purchased directly from Cantrip. For products purchased from a third-party (e.g., brick and mortar store or online distributor), please return products with proof of purchase directly to the third-party, which will be subject to their return policy. If you have any problems with your vendor, we'd love to know about it. Please reach out to us directly in such a case.

We will not refund or replace items for products purchased from unauthorized sellers (eBay, Groupon, etc.).

We reserve the right to refuse returns on orders for any reason.

Note on Efficacy: Everyone’s experience with CBD and THC is different, and there is no guaranteed or standard reaction. As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we cannot make any claims as to any benefits these products may provide. 

We will provide refunds for:

- Damaged products
- Extreme delays in shipping
- Incorrect deliveries
