Canflip Mocktail
A “flip” is a class of cocktails typically made from a spirit, an egg white, and sugar. In this THC twisted version of the flip we lean on the warm flavors of the Root Beer to create a THC cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Root Beer 10mg
1 egg white, separated from the yolk*
Nutmeg, allspice
Six coffee beans
Pint glass
Two coupes
Shaker
DIRECTIONS:
* If you have never separated a white from a yolk, simply crack open the egg, and then over a bowl, move the yolk back and forth between the two shell halves, letting the whites drip away while catching the yolk back in the eggshell.
Combine the Root Beer and egg white into a shaker with ice. Shake them together, then strain into the pint glass. Discard the ice, then pour the drink back into the shaker and dry shake (without ice) for another 10 seconds to create a frothier consistency. Pour into the coupes evenly. Sprinkle a small amount of nutmeg on top, then garnish each with three coffee beans.
